Mindful Healing – Mindful Living
If you are interested in deepening your own strength and resilience in a supportive environment, this 8-week, women’s therapy group may be for you! The group is facilitated by two therapists who both have many years of group experience and believe strongly in the healing energy that is created when women gather together.
As a participant in the group, you will be invited to:
- Identify areas for personal or relational growth
- Develop your own mindfulness practices
- Share your experiences as you build a connection with other women
- Gain clarity in “stuck” or painful patterns
- Move toward deeper healing in your life
- Learn new ways to combat stress and foster well-being
